Description of Club

The P. K. Yonge Key Club is a service club composed of students who are dedicated to school and community service. Key Club objectives are to develop initiative and leadership, to provide experience in working together, to serve the school and community, and to prepare for useful citizenship. The P. K. Yonge Key Club is a member of Key Club International, which is sponsored by Kiwanis International.

Membership Requirements

The membership of P. K. Yonge Key Club shall consist of students in grades nine through twelve who possess the following qualities: students must be interested in service and leadership, and be of good character. In addition, students must actively participate in Key Club activities (meetings and service activities) in order to remain in good standing. Because the P. K. Yonge Key Club is affiliated with Key Club International and Key Club of Florida, we are required to collect dues from each member. Dues are $10.00 annually (a limited number of confidential, need-based scholarships are available).

Meeting time

Every other Thursday at high school lunch.

Meeting place

Meetings shall be held in room O-362 (Ms. Andrews' room).
