H1N1 VACCINE (K-12)
Alachua County Health Department will be coming to P. K. Yonge on December 2 to administer H1N1 nasal spray vaccine to eligible students grades kindergarten through 12th. Consent forms will be sent home with students. They also will be available on this webpage. Forms must be returned to the clinic by Tuesday November 24 if you want your child to receive the vaccine on December 2.
